Requirements:

  • Leaving Certificate required at minimum.
  • Computer literate with good administrative skills.
  • Confident, positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
  • An interest in Learning.
  • Team Player.
  • Professional clean appearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet aftersales customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Identify correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell at all opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Service Advisor to provide an excellent Aftersales Service.
  • Maintain stock from orders to deliveries, stock listings & catalogues.
  • Keep storage facilities organized.
  • Minimise wastage and losses.
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with Service Advisor and Aftersales Manager to ensure interaction between departments run smoothly.
  • Liaise with Aftersales Manager regularly on stock movements, sales activity and feedback on market sector sales opportunities.
  • Agree sales targets and a plan for their achievement.
