Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate required at minimum.
- Computer literate with good administrative skills.
- Confident, positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- An interest in Learning.
- Team Player.
- Professional clean appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet aftersales customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Identify correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell at all opportunities.
- Work closely with the Service Advisor to provide an excellent Aftersales Service.
- Maintain stock from orders to deliveries, stock listings & catalogues.
- Keep storage facilities organized.
- Minimise wastage and losses.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Service Advisor and Aftersales Manager to ensure interaction between departments run smoothly.
- Liaise with Aftersales Manager regularly on stock movements, sales activity and feedback on market sector sales opportunities.
- Agree sales targets and a plan for their achievement.
