I bought my car from Ferrybank motors today, I was ver anxious about starting the process of getting a new car but from the minute I stepped through the doors I was made feel comfortable. The woman on reception was lovely, very friendly, and pointed me in the right direction which is where I was introduced to Lar. Lars humour made me feel comfortable and any question I had was answered without hesitation, he responded very quickly by phone calls and helped me pick out a car most suitable to what I was looking for. A huge thank you to Suzanne at Ferrybank Motors… I needed a van to rent, immediately! I spoke with Suzanne late on Tuesday evening and she had a van ready for me to go on Wednesday morning at 9am 👏🏼 Couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Great van, great service. I even got a follow up call from someone there (sorry I didn’t get a name) saying if they had known I was looking to buy a van that week, they would have given me a great deal on the new van and they wouldn’t have charged me for the rental for the week! It’s a pity I had already bought a new one elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

I had booked to view a number of car dealerships, Ferrybank was my first appointment and my last! Lar is by far the best salesman I have meet! I found what I was looking for within minutes! Lar was so helpful and friendly made me feel comfortable straightaway! I was quite an irritating customer but nothing fazed Lar he was more than Happy to help! He even messages to check up on how the car is running and if I have any issues! Now that is going above and beyond. As soon as I had a slight noise he was on to servicing to check over the car! I've purchased many Opels in the past from Ferrybank Motors, always had a great experience with all staff in all departments over the years, over the recent few weeks had been dealing with Leslie, he has been very patient and went through all my options on a new car, as we were in need of upsizing, he allowed us to test drive many vehicles to make sure we were making the right decision, he went through all our finance options and got us the best deal! On collection he showed us all around the features of our new car and informed us of the important service schedules to adhere to. Overall very impressed with Leslie and all the team, a family run business which knows the importance and values of their customers.
