Requirements:

• A minimum of five years selling experience and a proven track record.
• Demonstrate a passion for customer care and a natural ability to sell.
• Possess a positive, confident and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Must possess a full clean driving license.
• Computer Literate.
• Ability to work to high standards and follow processes.

Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable and keep abreast of specifications and technology of our new and used products and those of our competitors.
• Confidently demonstrate new and used cars and commercial vehicles explaining features in simple & practical terms.
• Listen to customers needs and assist them with their purchase from capture to close.
• Use Lead Management System to actively follow-up on enquiries and deliver a professional service.
• Maintain and improve quality of Customer Service/satisfaction.
